Prize winning Trespass is a privately owned sportswear leisure brand with Head Quarters located in Glasgow.  Jacobs & Turner Ltd, was established in 1938 as a manufacturer of workwear and outerware, the Trespass brand was created in 1984. Trespass quickly expanded to become the leading value brand on the UK and European winter sports scene. It has since grown its offering to include surf, adventure, leisure and technical outdoor ranges as well as wide range of summer and winter footwear and accessories.
Trespass represents unrelenting commitment to innovation, function and fashion, providing access for all, with technical clothing and leisure pursuits and outdoor activities including snow sports, hiking and travel.
Following a successful rollout of the Trespass new store concept at Xscape in Milton Keynes, Trespass has opened their first flagship store in Edinburgh's Frederick Street. Designed and Managed by Briggs Hillier Design, the dynamic space includes a feature staircase that leads customers to the mezzanine level, flagged by a cage of rocks spanning the full height. The new concept store reveals a powerful and inspirational environment that builds upon the excitement of buying for adventure, bringing the brand to life.
Trespass has embarked on a rapid expansion programme with ten new stores opening at locations throughout the UK.
The roll out programme includes bringing the new store concept to high street stores, out-of-town outlets and franchises in Europe.
In addition to the new store concept, Trespass has invested in Eurostop's retail management system to manage sales and stock across its 70 stores nationwide. The Company has implemented Eurostop's e-pos on over 82 tills in stores and linked the e-rmis head office solution with its ERP back office system. Trespass claims more efficient sales and stock management using the new systems.
Trespass originally selected Eurostop for the company's proven experience in the apparel retail market, having evaluated many other retail solutions. With the sales and stock data fully integrated with the business systems, Trespass is able to manage stock across its stores, with automatic re-ordering in place. Trespass is also using the customer data collected to create and promote special offers and targeted marketing campaigns, rewarding loyal customers.
