The popular Retail Solutions exhibition will relaunch in 2008 at ExCeL in London in partnership with EDS, with an impressive new conference programme run by Retail Week conferences running alongside it.

Retail Solutions, which takes place on June 24-26 2008, is the UK's largest showcase of practical solutions and cutting-edge technology for the retail industry.

The event provides the prefect forum for buyers and specifiers from retail, hospitality and leisure to see what's new in their industry, source new products and meet top suppliers. Retail Solutions 2008 has an impressive line-up of exhibitors.

 Eurostop, a specialist supplier of retail systems to the clothing, footwear and general merchandise sector will be launching its new multi-channel retailing services at the show. ILID will be showcasing the latest in electronice shelf labelling technology.

K3, the UK's largeat provider of Microsoft Dynamics, will be demonstrating its multi-channel solutions for retailers, as part of its joined-up thinking programme.

NCR will be focusing on how retailers can increase store productivity, customer satisfaction levels and revenues with faster, more compact and available assisted and self-service solutions.

Wincor nixdorf will be presenting its newly launched retail transaction processing platform, eServices.EFT.

Triangle, a provider of retail control and communications solutions will be demonstrating their award-winning and innovative operational toolset - Retail Manager.

VCSTIMELESS, European software solutions provider to the speciality retail sector, will be unveiling its latest BI, assortment planning, open to buy, store management and mobile retail applications at this year's Retail Solutions exhibition.

Sustainable retailing is an important issue at this year's event and BT Expedite will unveil the latest developments in their multi-channel retail solutions that span sourcing and product development through to planning, merchandising and customer order management. The Sustainable Retailing feature, in association with BT Expedite, will have experts on hand to offer advice on how to respond to consumer interest in greener products and stores and will demonstrate how technology can help.

Aldata, one of the global leaders in supply chain software, wholesale and logistics companies, will be demonstrating at Retail Solutions how retailers can meet the growing challenge of sustainable retailing.

The Retail Week conferences will be divided into three conference streams - Multi-Channel Retail, Supply Chain and the Retail Technology Forum. Highlights of the three-day conference will feature speakers from Harvey Nicols, House of Fraser, John Lewis, Mosiac Fashions and Peacocks.

 Peter Callaway, director of ecommerce at House of Fraser, will be looking at engaging with customers across channels and using multiple channels as communication routes. Martin Schofield, IT and logistics director at Harvey Nicols, will talk about utilising technology to deliver an outstanding customer experience and enhance productivity. He will also discuss how to understand your customers using a combination  of channels and responding to their needs. David Roberts, group distribution director at Mosiac Fashions, will look at overcoming obstacles that impact the speed and costs in which your products are delivered.
